Policy & Safety Service Guidelines
We have set forth the following company policies to prevent any confusion for our valued customers:
Sedan/Van/SUV Transfers: No charge if canceled two (2) hours prior. Less than two (2) hours, full charge. As Directed/Hourly: Less than 12 hours’ notice billed at minimum hours for the vehicle type. This policy applies to the New York and New Jersey metro areas. Outside the New York and New Jersey metro areas, the Affiliate company policy will apply.
Stretch Limousines/Buses Transfers: Less than 24 hours’ notice, full charge. As Directed/Hourly: Less than 24 hours’ notice billed at minimum hours for the vehicle type. Weddings/Proms/New Year’s Eve: 20% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. This policy applies to the New York, New Jersey metro area. Outside the New York, New Jersey metro area, the Affiliate company policy will apply.
There is a 15-minute grace period on all transfers (excludes airport arrivals). Passengers on arriving flights are met inside baggage claim or outside with the John Peters Limousine sign. There is a 30-minute grace period on domestic arrivals and a 60 minute grace period on international arrivals.
Airport Transfers: All arriving flights are subject to a $12.00 parking charge.
Waiting Time: Billed at 15-minute increments.
Holiday Surcharge: $25.00 (see dates below)
Extra Stops on Transfers: Varies by location. Please call our office.
Meet and Greet Service: Greeter escorts passengers to vehicle curbside at the airport: $100.00
Diverted Flights: Waiting time is billed at a $25.00 per hour flat rate.

The safety of our clients and staff has always been our top priority. To that end, we will continue to take the following precautions.
All chauffeurs will wear masks and gloves at all times.
Complete disinfection of vehicles at the start of every day.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for all passengers.
Continued wiping down customer high-touch surfaces before every trip.
